The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.

The resort was nice although there were teenagers below us slamming their room door at all hours of the night and running through the hallways yelling. Wasn’t the most quiet and restful place, but the outdoor pool was nice with the tiki bar open poolside. Room was clean with a nice oceanfront view. Starbucks was also a plus. The parking garage was convenient but be aware that taller vehicles cannot fit above the 4th level. There were often compact cars parked in reserved spaces for bigger vehicles.
